Motivation of Employees Who Want Success in Career

Employee Motivation plays a very important if the employee is to be successful in his career. But too often, many things that weaken our motivation at work. Can working conditions, employer, coworkers, personal problems, problem recognition and so forth.

Many people who fail with the various things that undermine motivation. Finally they worked with low motivation, so that productivity is low, and this obviously will affect the success in career.

People who employ you, you would need a work motivation. They do not want to have employees who are lazy to work because their productivity will be low. They do not require your presence, they need your contributions. So
obviously people with high motivation needed by the company.

From here, we can already conclude, if you want to successfully work, then we must be highly motivated employees. High motivation related to productivity, and productivity associated with your contribution. This is what is needed by the company from its employees.

Employee Motivation Employee Self-Responsibility

Well, you alone are responsible for your motivation. If you want to succeed in your career, then increase and keep your motivation high. If you are lazy or have low motivation, then you alone will bear the consequences.

"But ...."

I know, there are still those who will say "but". Well, I know many things that can weaken our motivation. Co-workers, boss, salary, environment, until personal problems can weaken your motivation. So, so you know what?

All people will experience the same thing. If you could be disturbed by work colleagues, then someone else is the same. If others feel pressured by superiors, then someone else is the same. That's a common problem. However, in reality, many people who can succeed in a career despite a lot of things that undermine their motivation.

If you want to succeed in your career, while the employment situation is very destructive motivations, it is an opportunity for you to become a different employee with other employees. When another employee motivation collapse, you appear to be employees with high motivation. You will become a different person, you will have a different productivity, you will stand out, and hope to achieve better career wide open.

Motivation of employees is the responsibility of employees themselves. Your motivation is your own responsibility. Be different, have high motivation, although the situation does not support. Show that you are great, if you differ with someone else.

Indeed, companies themselves have a responsibility to maintain employee motivation. But that's another matter, you as an employee, focus on yourself, how you succeed. Instead of busy complaining about companies that do not pay attention to their employee motivation, better you busy for generating and maintaining your motivation. You may proposal and advise the company. But, do not be a reason you are sluggish in working.
